Dear Karyn,

 

I am writing on behalf of residents of 7 Greenwell Street, which is a residential block in very close proximity to the George and Dragon public house.

 

The representation of the residents of 7 Greenwell Street is at p.251-255 of the LSC Report. It appends, by way of background, correspondence with the previous operator and with the applicant. Unfortunately, this has not been reproduced in the LSC Report – please could this be distributed?

 

The residents have asked me to represent them at the hearing of this application, however I am on annual leave next week. Most residents are not able to attend, for reasons which include poor health & prior commitments. I requested on behalf of residents that the hearing be listed for an alternative date. Unfortunately, the applicant could not agree to this. I am therefore providing the attached written submission.

 

I should be grateful if you could distribute this to Members and the parties accordingly.
